The index of conventional atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is as follows:

1) The extraction rate of the atmospheric tower is 50.08%, the extraction rate of the vacuum tower is 31.45%, the light oil yield is 54.45%, and the total extraction rate is 81.53%;

2) The design energy consumption is 453.43MJ/t, the final heat exchange temperature of crude oil is 294°C, and the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace is 92.5%;

3) The outlet temperature of the atmospheric pressure furnace is 375°C, and the outlet temperature of the decompression furnace is 400°C.
